The Sand Dunes is 800m to the Tootgarook Foreshore Reserve and the picturesque Bay Trail. The popular trail winds 30km along the coastline, connecting Safety Beach to Portsea, so you can walk, run or ride along it as far or as little as you wish. This stretch of the Mornington Peninsula provides endless options of pristine beaches, leafy seaside reserve and stunning scenery, and world-renowned wineries. The location really is amazing with the Peninsula Hot Springs and Golf Courses a only a short 5 minute drive away! You are also spoilt for choice for great dining options and nearby shops.
The Sand Dunes
Fabulous 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with stylish interior and outstanding alfresco entertaining with 2.2m high waterslide & gas heated pool** (additional fee for gas heating water to 28 degree to enjoy the pool year-round), pizza oven and play set for the kids. 800m to the front beach.
Bookings are open to all families with children or mature groups aged 27+ (all guests must be aged 27 or older for group bookings please)
The host
Hey! Ryan and Kylie here. We met 20 years ago while studing at high school. We've been living in Melbourne for the last 15 years and have 2 daugthers and 2 dogs (Border Collie and Toy Poodle).
In Summer, we like various water activities, such as kayaking, snorkeling and fishing. while in winter, we enjoy a relaxing hot spring spa, exploring the walking trails, tucking in some local produce, or just warming ourselves with the wood fired pizzas at home. We've started hosting guests with AirBNB and hope you love this place as much as we do.
